Civil Project Manager

San Luis Obispo team , where you’ll manage high-impact public works and land development projects across the region. This is a unique opportunity to blend
hands-on technical design expertise

client-facing project management and team leadership . You’ll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary group of professionals while delivering landmark projects that shape local communities. If you’re passionate about

As a Civil Project Manager, you will: Lead and supervise engineering designers, providing assignments, mentorship, and quality control. Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and scopes of work. Oversee preparation of plans, technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates. Deliver infrastructure projects such as municipal streets, drainage systems, water mains, sanitary sewers, and ADA-compliant sidewalks. Ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with public agencies and municipalities. Build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with clients, public agencies, and in-house teams. Provide oversight of design work in AutoCAD Civil 3D (CAD required). Qualifications
612 years of civil engineering experience in land development and/or public works. Proven project management and supervisory experience. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Track record of successfully managing public works infrastructure projects. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and agencies. AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency required. Valid drivers license and good driving record. Benefits & Why Join Us
