Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients' medical histories. Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic illnesses. Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and lifestyle recommendations. Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in accurate diagnoses. Provide counseling and education to patients on disease prevention and health maintenance. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients. Participate in continuous medical education to stay current with advancements in the field. Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in Family Medicine. Valid state medical license to practice as an MD or DO. Demonstrated experience in providing primary care services in a clinical setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of medical ethics and professionalism. Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8a-4p or 9a-5p Additional Details
No call required Setting: Primarily outpatient, some inpatient Will work with residents Will oversee permanent improvement activities EMR: Allscripts, Athena, Epic Must be board-certified or board-eligible Compensation & Benefits
