Overview Vice President of Operations (Integrator)

Location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site, Full-Time)

About the Company: We are conducting a confidential executive search on behalf of a fast-growing, privately held company in the home improvement retail and e-commerce sector. Founded more than a decade ago, the company has evolved from a regional retailer into a factory-direct business model with multiple retail locations and a growing e-commerce presence. With ambitious plans to scale, the organization is seeking a Vice President of Operations (Integrator) to help build the systems, processes, and leadership capacity required for the next stage of growth.

The Role: Vice President of Operations (Integrator)

The VP of Operations serves as the Integrator within the EOS framework, partnering with senior leadership to turn strategic vision into operational results. This role requires a balance of operational leadership, technology fluency, and e-commerce expertise to strengthen systems, enforce accountability, and drive performance across the organization. This is a confidential search for an executive leader who can align people, processes, and technology in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and align all operational functions, including retail, e-commerce, supply chain, warehouse, and customer service.

Strengthen and optimize e-commerce operations, digital platforms, and technology systems to support growth.

Build and refine SOPs, processes, and accountability systems to scale effectively.

Operate effectively within the EOS framework, ensuring consistent execution and alignment across departments.

Coach and develop managers, place the right people in the right seats, and instill a culture of performance and accountability.

Anticipate bottlenecks, adapt quickly, and drive problem-solving in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

7+ years of senior operational leadership experience (VP Ops, COO, GM, or similar).

Experience in distribution or related industries, with proven ability to scale operational processes.

Proven background in e-commerce operations and technology systems (ERP, CRM, inventory management, e-commerce platforms).

Experience working within the EOS framework (direct implementation or strong familiarity). Demonstrated ability to build systems and processes from the ground up in growth environments.

Strong financial, operational, and P&L management skills.

Based in or willing to commute daily to Atlanta, GA (local candidates strongly preferred).

Competitive salary range: $150K–$180K
