Vice President Operations - Manufacturing
We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on operations leader to drive performance at a growing, multi-site chemical manufacturer. This is not a desk job — we’re looking for someone who thrives on being in the plants, coaching, developing, and inspiring plant managers to deliver meaningful operational improvements.
In this role, you will:
Lead and support Plant Managers at different stages of their careers, helping them grow as leaders of people and operations.
Manage a diverse group of facilities, driving site-specific improvements while tailoring and applying best practices across the network.
Work with plants that are less automated and rely on experienced teams — where leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization have a direct, visible impact.
Build strong, capable teams through teaching, training, and mentoring.
Play a key role on the executive leadership team, shaping strategy and influencing the future of the business.
