Overview
Head of Talent Acquisition, Siemens Mobility North America Siemens Real Estate (SRE) is the real estate organization of Siemens AG and one of the leading CREM companies. We are responsible for a real estate portfolio of 8.4 million square meters of office and production space at 1,600 locations worldwide and handle it from a cost, transparency, and efficiency perspective. In addition, we operate the properties, including delivery of all real estate-related services. We are responsible for their expansions and carry out all Siemens-wide development and construction projects. We are hiring a Facilities/Property Manager to oversee our facilities in North America, based out of our office in Sacramento, CA. We aim to apply knowledge about innovative topics that change the digital future of real estate.
What your day-to-day will look like
Manage Buildings & Facilities consistently with best-in-class operations, including developing deep, trusting relationships with customers, peers, service providers, and contractors.
Implement and maintain facilities, including building conditions, janitorial program, MEP, landscaping, and preventative or corrective maintenance schedules as needed.
Develop and implement 5-year maintenance plans.
Analyze and provide FM and maintenance cash flow forecasts and project forecasts.
Drive savings in FM efficiencies (through bids/contracts, repair vs. buy decisions, equipment lifespan reviews, etc.).
Evaluate the service delivery model and provide input to the Management Team.
Ensure alignment to maintenance principles, guidelines, processes, and local building standards and regulations, including accurate documentation of owned buildings in the asset register.
Resolve tenant billing issues, including CAM reconciliations, direct billing expenses, and other leasing obligations that may affect the landlord and tenant.
To thrive in this role, you have
Bachelor's degree with a Professional designation, such as CFM, CPM, or FMP preferred.
2-5 years of industrial Facilities Management experience managing multiple buildings or a campus environment. Facilities management in Industrial or Manufacturing experience required.
Ability to read and decipher lease documents and vendor contracts.
Comprehensive skills and experience in hard and soft services, building operations, and asset management, including real estate-related applications and building technologies.
Proven experience forming deep, trusting relationships with customers, service providers, and contractors.

Pay The pay range for this position is $98,300 - $132,700 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
