What You’ll Do Partner with leadership to understand hiring priorities across electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, test engineering, and sales departments. Develop sourcing strategies to engage top talent in competitive markets. Manage full-cycle recruiting: outreach, interviewing, closing. Build strong candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Provide market insights to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning. What We’re Looking For Proven success recruiting hardware engineers. Current Greenhouse ATS experience Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and direct outreach. Ability to influence and partner with hiring managers. Comfortable managing multiple niche roles in a high-growth setting. A passion for helping top talent find the right career opportunity.
