We are the makers of vCluster, an open-source technology for virtualizing Kubernetes (+10k GitHub stars). The adoption of our commercial product based on vCluster has grown quickly with multi-million dollar revenue and a customer base that includes Global Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing tech unicorns. This role offers the opportunity to work across developers, platform engineers, and cloud-native decision-makers in a fast-moving startup environment. Responsibilities

Messaging & Positioning – Develop crisp messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the value of our products to platform engineers, DevOps teams, and cloud architects. Content Creation – Produce core product marketing content (whitepapers, case studies, website copy, pitch decks, videos) to drive awareness and engagement. Sales Enablement – Build and maintain sales collateral (battlecards, competitor comparisons, objection-handling guides, customer stories) to support the GTM team. Launch & GTM Strategy – Lead product release launches, define success metrics, and align marketing across channels. Customer & Market Insights – Conduct market research and ICP analysis; translate insights into high-impact marketing initiatives. Competitive Intelligence – Monitor market landscape and trends to craft differentiation strategies for sales enablement. Community & Advocacy – Collaborate with Customer Success and Community teams to amplify user success stories and advocacy. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Maintain strong feedback loops with product, demand generation, sales, and customer success to align messaging and strategy. Requirements

5+ years of enterprise software marketing experience, including at least 4 years in product marketing. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with Kubernetes, containers, DevOps technologies, and the cloud-native ecosystem. Proven ability to develop, execute, and iterate go-to-market strategies; strong sales enablement material creation. Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup; ownership of projects from ideation to execution. Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, developer relations, and demand gen teams. Experience with competitive analysis and messaging development; strong communication with strategic and execution focus. Public speaking experience is a plus. Benefits
