Maintain current knowledge in American Bar Association Model Rules of Professional Conduct and state-specific variations Continuously monitor regulatory changes and propose policy modifications to leadership for approval Conduct thorough conflict analysis for new client engagements and attorney hiring processes Collaborate with management teams, conflict analysts, and firm attorneys to gather information for conflict determinations Develop and review ethical screening procedures, conflict waiver documents, and risk management provisions for engagement letters Execute specialized research initiatives focusing on conflict of interest matters and corporate relationship mapping Perform advanced corporate affiliation research and relatedness analysis Qualifications
3+ years of conflicts resolution experience or 5+ years as a practicing attorney, preferably with a large law firm JD degree and active membership/in-house counsel registration in good standing with state bar Benefits and Employment Details
