The Assistant Banking Center Manager role at CIBC US supports branch leadership and daily operations in a relationship‑oriented bank environment. The position involves assisting the branch manager with staff supervision, teller drawer management, customer service, sales, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This role is part of the Personal and Business Banking team in a fast‑paced Banking Center. You should be flexible to work our banking center hours. What You'll Be Doing
The Assistant Banking Center Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of branch activities, including staff supervision, running a teller drawer, customer service, sales, and operational efficiency. Support the branch manager in achieving business objectives while fostering a positive work environment and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. You’ll work to make a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives. How You'll Succeed
Client engagement - Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward‑looking financial plan. Use knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals. Relationship building - Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients you value them and their communities. Grow your network, deepen relationships, and ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities. Leveraging technology - Become a technology expert. Introduce clients to mobile banking applications to help them manage their banking needs. Who You Are
