Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with Public Affairs, Aviation, Marketing and Communications, and CLEAR1 teams to develop and execute creative public affairs campaigns that advance CLEAR's business objectives and best utilize our assets and resources

Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government, business, and other areas; and educate stakeholders on CLEAR’s mission and growth

Monitor relevant legislative activity in several state and local legislatures, and ensure CLEAR’s perspective is represented

Develop and execute plans to manage public policy and political challenges in select markets

Identify, develop and manage strategic community partnerships in select markets

Represent the company at events, legislative hearings, and stakeholder meetings as needed

Manage vendors and political consultants in select markets

Travel up to 50% of the time

How you'll measure success

Stakeholder Engagement: Track the quality of relationships built and maintained with key government, business, and community stakeholders within the South region

Policy and Advocacy Impact: Evaluate success in navigating and influencing public policy, evidenced by positive outcomes in legislation, regulatory actions, and community responses in priority areas

Community Partnership Growth: Measure the establishment and effectiveness of strategic community partnerships, including the alignment of these partnerships with CLEAR’s business objectives

The base salary range for this role is $175,000-$205,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
