McManus Recruiting is partnering with a rapidly expanding third-party Multi-Family Property Management Company in Southern California to identify an experienced Vice President of Property Management. This leadership role requires expertise in residential property management, specifically in a third-party context. The Vice President will focus on achieving operational excellence by leveraging innovative technology and efficiency tools, developing and executing strategies to enhance revenue and profitability, and serving as an industry expert. The Vice President will play a crucial role in client onboarding and oversee the performance of multiple regions across Southern California, with direct oversight of four Regional Managers. The position calls for substantial leadership experience and deep hands-on understanding of third-party management in the Southern California market. The candidate should be capable of managing a diverse portfolio of 7,000–10,000 units, including single-family homes and small to mid-sized apartment buildings. Annual Bonus Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue and profitability across multiple regions in Southern California. Provide strategic leadership for maintenance operations, marketing, accounting and finance, and business development. Oversee the performance of four Regional Managers and guide the organization toward operational excellence through technology and efficiency tools. Lead client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships in a third-party property management context. Apply deep knowledge of Southern California markets and third-party management to manage a portfolio of 7,000–10,000 units. Qualifications

15+ years of dynamic, relevant experience in residential third-party property management, overseeing a portfolio of 7,000 units or more Proven track record in strategic business development and growth within an organization Ability to drive optimal solutions for all aspects of property management Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, team player Competency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality; excellent verbal and written communication Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Employment type
