Regional Director of Operations – US Storage Centers Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Location: California - Los Angeles County, Orange County, or Inland Empire FSLA Status: Exempt • Position Status: Regular, Full-time (Salary) • Travel: Up to 25% of time Job Summary
The Regional Director of Operations is a leadership role that oversees the operations of 80-100 self-storage facilities. This position focuses on team development, strategic planning, and maintaining operational excellence to drive profitability across the region. The role involves leading a team of District Managers, analyzing property performance, and ensuring service standards across multiple assets. Areas Of Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Operational Oversight: Guide day-to-day operations across multiple districts; ensure execution of business strategies and operational efficiency; analyze property performance to drive regional success. Budget and Financial Accountability: Meet regional budget targets; monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial goals. Team Management and Development: Hire, train, and supervise District Managers; mentor and support staff; act as a liaison between senior management and district operations. Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management: Collaborate with District Managers to meet customer needs; review feedback to enhance service quality; maintain key customer relationships supporting operational excellence. Reporting and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards; monitor reporting and address challenges promptly. Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent to 3-5 years in retail sales/service, multi-unit management, or related fields. Experience analyzing complex data and implementing strategic action plans; at least five years of leadership/supervisory experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and collaborative skills; ability to work remotely as necessary. Weekend availability may be occasionally required. Education And/or Experience (Additional)

Office and field activities; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds; ability to travel as needed. Work Environment
