Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Shopify, and eCommerce platforms. This role involves advanced technical implementation, privacy-compliant tracking, performance optimization, and cross-team collaboration to deliver scalable analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities: Architect, build, and deploy server-side GTM solutions for scalable, privacy-compliant data collection. Implement robust integrations for Shopify eCommerce platforms, CDPs, CRM systems, and marketing APIs. Manage and optimize GitHub/GitLab workflows for GA HUB version control and CI/CD deployments. Utilize GA4 Measurement Protocol and Admin API to programmatically update GA4 and GTM configurations in bulk. Ensure tagging and tracking adhere to GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations. Configure conditional firing rules and server-side filtering for consent-compliant tracking. Create reusable, documented GTM templates and custom scripts with unit testing. Optimize tracking performance to reduce site impact. Debug complex frontend issues involving asynchronous data, SPA routing, and API-based events. Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and optimize data flows. Partner with the Senior Data Analytics Tech Lead to deliver the analytics roadmap. Provide advanced technical mentorship to junior GTM developers. Collaborate with Label Reporting, Marketing, Paid Media, and Data Engineering teams. Required Qualifications: 8+ years in web development, analytics engineering, or tagging architecture roles. Expert-level GA4 and GTM (client-side and server-side) implementation experience. Proven experience with Git/GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines. Advanced debugging skills using Chrome DevTools, Omnibug, ObservePoint, and network inspection tools. Practical use of GA4 Measurement Protocol and Admin API for automation at scale. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multi-brand or multi-region analytics infrastructures. Familiarity with the music, media, or entertainment industry.
