Develop and implement a comprehensive global procurement strategy aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company. Build, lead and manage a small team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, manage RFIs and RFPs, negotiate contracts, and establish strong partnerships to secure the best terms and value for the company. Monitor market trends, industry developments, and supplier performance to ensure a competitive edge and mitigate supply chain risks. Oversee procurement policy, processes, and tooling (including a global contract management system). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Information Technology, Compliance, Finance, Legal, RESO, DSS and HCG to ensure alignment and compliance with company policies and regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and manage the procurement budget, ensuring cost control and maximizing return on investment. Identify and evidence true bottom-line savings Ensure the program is built with an awareness of supplier diversity and sustainability Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in procurement practices. Report on key performance metrics, trends, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. Oversee the strategy, policies, operations, risks and reporting related to 3rd party labor—including contractors, freelancers, temporary workers, and consultants. Identify optimized sourcing and reporting strategy for contingent workers (e.g. use of a 3rd party like Magnit, LevelUp vs. performing all functions in-house etc.). Develop and implement a comprehensive global CW Governance, reporting and tracking process and toolset (e.g. build transparency into contingent worker assignments, rates and total cost). Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong preference for experience in financial services/banking. Must currently reside in the NYC metro area. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful procurement strategies. Experience in managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations. Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Proficiency in contract management software and tools. Proficiency in contingent workforce management and reporting tools/processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
