Build and develop a high-performing team of Associates within a people-first culture. Create an inclusive team environment and recruit, hire, mentor, and develop Associates to achieve results. Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve goals using Lovesac selling processes and methods. Guide customers from first interest through to completed transactions, manage quotes, close sales, and maintain post-purchase relationships. Provide in-depth knowledge of Lovesac products, services, design features, and benefits; demonstrate and educate customers. Nurture long-term relationships, build brand loyalty, and generate repeat business. Maintain a visually appealing store aligned with brand standards. Manage store operations and tasks (opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, POS, marketing, promotions) per company standards. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency, safety, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation. Ensure proficiency in all company tools and in-store technology. Analyze data to drive team behaviors toward goals and KPIs. Drive store P&L with an understanding of business and financial concepts to improve profitability. Hold personal and team sales goals and customer service standards accountable; resolve issues promptly and professionally. Support with any additional responsibilities as requested by Management. Qualifications

18 years of age or older; High-School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a retail environment. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to use technology for sales and customer support, including product demonstrations and CRM systems. Support omni-channel customer experience; able to assist in-person at stores and remote customer service shifts. Travel as required to local stores, vendors, and meetings; valid travel arrangements as needed. Strong judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling financial transactions and customer data; excellent communication and conflict-management skills. Physical ability to move objects up to 75 pounds and perform tasks such as bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, standing, and walking as part of the role. Benefits
