25% Travel Expected . This position is part of the Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team and is remote in Seattle. You will lead business development initiatives and ongoing customer support activities for current and new customers and programs to assure continued success of the business. Responsibilities

Lead and function as the catalyst to increase sales with assigned customers across all CAM locations. Leverage existing relationships to open doors, foster relationships, increase quoting activity and revenue. Develop, plan and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to grow the business for the assigned customer base. Create and manage a sales pipeline tracking key activities on critical growth opportunities. Create tailored customer plans and track progress to achieve targeted objectives for sustainability and growth. Partner with Operations within CAM sites to develop consensus for strategic direction for individual customer campaigns. Maintain current knowledge of industry data, build rates and trends; stay up to date on detailed customer knowledge including competitive activity. Work with adjacent CAM functions (Marketing, Contracts and Legal) to negotiate optimal customer contracts. Utilize quoting history, win rates and customer feedback to provide accurate market price predictions by product family to the individual businesses. Identify opportunities to market CAM businesses as one entity when beneficial, and as separate entities when not. Ensure sales reports and internal intelligence are provided to the sales organization; develop new reporting tools as needed; coordinate with sales leadership and stakeholders on sales force reporting initiatives. Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities for sales process improvement and facilitate successful implementation of new programs to ensure an efficient launch process and continuous improvement. Qualifications

5 years minimum experience in Aerospace Distribution, OEMs, or sub-tier supply base. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent experience preferred. Aerospace professional with experience in Distribution and/or MRO supply base with a track record of sustainable revenue with assigned aerospace customer base preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) preferred. Ability to travel +25% within assigned territory (Texas, Florida, and the East Coast). Details & Benefits
