Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Hybrid) - Northern, CA Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid On-site) Shift: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Work setting: In-person, Nursing home, and Telehealth Locations: Northern California ONLY Oakland/East Bay, San Jose/South Bay, Monterey (Central Coast) Responsibilities

Supervised by and working closely with the Director of Psychiatric Services, the job duties of the nurse practitioner shall include, but are not limited to: Conduct health assessments such as recording medical and psychosocial history treating geriatric patients in various skilled facilities Record symptoms Physically examine patients Qualifications

Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (PMHNP-BC) is required 3 years of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - REQUIRED Benefits
