Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects from turnover to successful close of contract (COC) and hand-off to Service. Provide daily project status updates and weekly customer updates. Mobilize and coordinate all necessary resources (labor and materials) to meet project requirements. Manage Diversified’s performance in delivering contracted work and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, managers, engineers and installers. Maintain thorough, ongoing communications among owners, contractor reps, consultants, other trades, installation teams and management. Anticipate barriers, develop structures or methods to resolve unforeseen problems, and ensure timely, under-budget project completion. Oversee financial performance from a labor perspective and coordinate project documentation and system training. Provide instant notifications of potentially critical situations and participate in testing and QA processes to ensure client needs and standards are met. Oversee security, transportation and client-signed delivery of equipment; ensure hardware requisition/returns are recorded. Assess installer performance, review timesheets, enforce approved installation methods, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Ensure builds align with installation drawings and generate redlines for as-builts; arrange travel for installers as needed and uphold safety practices. Provide detailed direction to Installers and manage project-related subcontractors per company policy; strive for the highest level of customer service and secure post-closure customer satisfaction surveys. Coordinate sub-contract work and contribute to ongoing project communications and reporting. What You’ll Bring

Education & Certifications: 2-4 year technical degree plus 4-7 years of project-related experience (preferred). InfoComm Essentials of AV & CTS (CTS-I preferred). CAPM/PMP certification desired. Required Skills/Qualifications Industry background: 10 years in the audio-visual industry; 1+ year control room project experience; control room manufacturer experience with Barco, Haivision, VueWall, Christie (as applicable). Ability to use hand tools of the AV and electronic trades; proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; experience with loading control systems and DSP software is a plus. Valid driver’s license; insurability; ability to pass background and drug screens. Personal Traits Technical capability, professionalism, self-motivation, attention to detail and strong time management; high level of customer service; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to provide weekly status and logistics updates. Travel, Roles & Team

Regular site visits to build client relationships and drive project success; expect travel 30% to 50% of time depending on project location. Continent US travel for MCE Control Room projects; some international travel possible. A current US passport is required. Positions supervised/coordinated at the project level include Design Engineer, Programmer, Field Engineer, Field Supervisor, Lead Installer/Installers, Sub-contractors. What We Offer
