Handle a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, M&A, governance, and contract work Serve as outside counsel to business clients, advising on day-to-day operations and strategic transactions Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements Collaborate with other practice groups (real estate, litigation, employment) when client needs overlap Build long-term relationships through practical, business-minded advice Qualifications
Must bring at least 6 years of corporate/transactional experience Wisconsin bar admission required (or ability to waive in) Salary Details
