As an Insurance Defense Attorney with us, you’ll have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases, representing a diverse range of clients and making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and liability claims.
Conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
Collaborating with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance defense.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Louisiana State Bar and in good standing.
5-10 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including trial experience.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
