This job opportunity is with JCW Group. Our client is a bank in the D.C. area. The Director of Enterprise Risk will report to the Chief Risk Officer, oversee a team of seven, and work four days per week from Bethesda.
Base pay range
$220,000.00/yr - $290,000.00/yr Additional compensation types

At least 10 years of risk experience, ideally more, with strong leadership/management skills. Demonstrated experience implementing a COSO/internal controls environment. The ability to work without any visa (i.e., needs to be a citizen or Green Card holder). The ability to work out of the company\'s corporate office four days per week.
