Job Overview
We’re helping our client, a global investment bank in Midtown Manhattan, fill two new Directors for Hedge Fund Credit Risk now that their prime brokerage business is taking off. The positions will report to the head of the function and be responsible for counterparty assessments, managing credit limits, and ongoing risk monitoring for hedge fund clients.
Base Pay Range $200,000.00/yr – $250,000.00/yr
Responsibilities As a Director of Hedge Fund Credit Risk, you will:
Conduct counterparty assessments for hedge fund clients.
Manage credit limits and ensure compliance.
Perform ongoing risk monitoring and reporting.
Collaborate with other risk functions and senior leadership.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience, ideally 4–7, in hedge fund credit or hedge fund counterparty risk within investment banking.
Ability to work in Midtown Manhattan 3 days per week.
Must be a citizen or Green Card holder; no visa allowed.
Full‑time position.
