What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Implement and pilot strategies aligned with organizational launch and therapy objectives
Lead discussions with clinical stakeholders to streamline the patient care pathway
Identify and partner with key stakeholders to enhance awareness and champion hypertension care
Utilize customer relationship management software for tracking and reporting activities
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of experience in marketing, program development, sales, or sales support (5 years with an Advanced Degree)
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Strong understanding of customer needs and program initiatives
Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in market development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
MBA or Master's in Business, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Life Science
Experience in healthcare marketing or consultative selling within medical devices or pharmaceuticals
Familiarity with hospital cardiovascular programs or leadership roles
Proven track record in developing new markets and executing key tactics
