About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and driven

Director of Sales

to lead a growing sales team and drive revenue growth in the workplace solutions industry. In this role, you’ll manage a team of Account Executives, develop and execute sales strategies, and build long-term client relationships across key industries like Education, Manufacturing, and Healthcare. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on building teams, developing strategy, and closing big deals. What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Executives

Build and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on targeted campaigns

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries

Oversee the full sales process: prospecting, pricing, forecasting, and closing

Maintain and grow strong relationships with key accounts

Track team performance and ensure consistent CRM usage

Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance sales culture

Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows

What We’re Looking For

5–10 years of sales experience in workplace solutions, storage, or logistics

3+ years of experience leading a sales team

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to build and execute sales plans

Comfortable managing budgets and controlling costs

Proficiency with CRM software

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation:

$125,000-$150,000 per year
