About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Director with a strong background in IT services, particularly in digital solution selling — Data, Cloud, and AI. The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years of quota-carrying sales experience and a proven ability to close large, complex deals and grow strategic account portfolios. This role is suited for a sales leader who can operate across multiple verticals such as Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Insurance, and who excels in building executive-level relationships and driving business growth through consultative selling. Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development and account expansion for IT services focused on Data, Cloud, and AI solutions. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Engage with C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers to identify business challenges and position tailored digital solutions. Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, solutioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure. Build and grow long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to shape compelling value propositions. Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools. Required Qualifications
10–15 years of quota-carrying sales experience in IT services. Proven track record of closing large, multi-million-dollar deals and expanding key accounts. Strong digital sales experience in Data, Cloud, and AI solutions. Cross-industry exposure with successful engagement in at least two of the following: Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Insurance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of industry trends, client business models, and technology transformation drivers. Preferred Qualifications
Existing network and strong relationships within targeted industries. Experience working in global or matrixed environments. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus. What We Offer
