Enterprise Account Director

to join our high-performing sales team. If you're a seasoned software sales professional who excels at building strategic relationships, driving complex deals, and acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, this opportunity is for you. You will be pivotal in empowering the world's leading brands to harness the power of User-Generated Content (UGC). This involves selling our industry-leading SaaS ratings and reviews platform, social commerce solutions, creator marketing tools, and innovative sampling services. Drive Enterprise Software Revenue: Own the full sales cycle for a dedicated territory of enterprise accounts, consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious revenue targets by selling a blend of SaaS and non-recurring solutions. Become a UGC Software Expert: Develop deep, technical expertise in Bazaarvoice’s UGC software suite (ratings & reviews, syndication, social commerce integrations, creator marketing tools). Articulate value and ROI to C-suite executives and key decision-makers. Cultivate Executive Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with VPs and Directors across brand management, e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, and procurement. Develop Strategic UGC Roadmaps: Understand client challenges and design tailored, full-funnel UGC strategies that integrate Bazaarvoice platforms with existing tech stacks and marketing initiatives. Collaborate for Client Success: Work with Solutions Consultants, Product Specialists, and Client Success Managers to ensure a unified customer journey from pre-sales discovery through implementation and beyond. Champion Bazaarvoice’s Innovation: Increase marketplace awareness of our software solutions and demonstrate measurable business outcomes for enterprise brands. Strategic Pipeline Management: Manage a robust pipeline with advanced sales processes and CRM tools, providing accurate forecasts and insights. Travel as Needed: Travel to client sites for strategic meetings, presentations, and industry events (when safe and welcomed by clients). What You'll Bring

Proven Enterprise Software Sales Acumen: 7+ years in an enterprise software sales role with quotas met or exceeded and ARR growth. Domain Expertise: Experience in e-commerce, social media, MarTech, or content management SaaS is highly preferred. Technical Fluency: Ability to grasp and articulate complex software functionalities and value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences. Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities with executive-level communication. Strategic & Consultative Approach: A strategic, consultative seller who uncovers client needs and builds business cases through complex buying cycles. Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative Team Player: Strong collaborator across cross-functional teams. $200,000 - $300,000 a year. We consider multiple factors when determining compensation, and the OTE range is shared in good faith.
