We are seeking a

Private Equity Associate

to join the firm's investment team. The Associate will play a critical role across the full investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio company value creation. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals, portfolio company executives, and external advisors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing & Evaluation Research and identify attractive investment opportunities within the lower middle market technology sector. Build relationships with entrepreneurs, bankers, and intermediaries. Screen and assess inbound opportunities for strategic fit and growth potential. Transaction Execution Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analyses, and scenario testing. Lead market research and competitive landscape assessments. Manage due diligence processes, including coordination with third-party advisors. Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to the investment committee. Portfolio Support & Value Creation Partner with management teams to develop and track strategic and operational initiatives. Monitor portfolio company performance, including financial reporting, KPIs, and growth drivers. Assist in evaluating and executing add-on acquisitions and strategic initiatives. Firm Building Contribute to fundraising, investor relations, and internal initiatives as needed. Support the continued development of the firm’s processes, networks, and reputation in the technology investing ecosystem. Qualifications

2–5 years of prior experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or management consulting, ideally with exposure to technology sectors. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with demonstrated attention to detail. Solid understanding of financial statements, capital structures, and M&A processes. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or related field; MBA not required.
