Total Wine & More is seeking a Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Bethesda, MD. The role ensures the right amount of inventory at the right time to meet customer demand. The Planner will work with internal teams and external suppliers to create and execute production plans, manage inventory levels, and maintain the flow of goods through the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have an analytical and creative approach to problem solving, solid technical skills, and experience with tools including Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities
Analyze supply and inventory data to support the development of supply plans that meet product demand and inventory targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, transitions, and seasonal planning activities. Evaluate inventory levels and identify opportunities to improve inventory turnover and reduce excess stock. Ensure timely and accurate purchase order processing and delivery coordination by partnering with logistics and suppliers. Track key performance indicators related to inventory and supply chain efficiency. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in business, supply chain management, or related field preferred or equivalent years of experience. Less than 1 year in supply planning, inventory management, or related field preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Familiarity with inventory management systems and software. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, takes initiative. Experience in a retail environment is a plus. Experience with supply planning software (o9, SAP, Logility, JDA, etc.). APICS, ISM or IBF certifications are a plus. Compensation and Benefits
