The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works with their leader to set restaurant goals and creates a plan to achieve them. The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities, helps them set goals, tracks progress, and coaches to improve their departments. The General Manager may also hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team is in place for future success. The restaurant team contributes to overall performance through effective leadership and collaboration. Qualifications

Must be an HU graduate and have McDonald’s experience. Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in high-volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours. Able to lift up to 25 pounds. Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting. Compensation & Benefits
