Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Collaborate with a leadership team to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, set their goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve departments. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team for the future. Qualifications
Must be an HU graduate and have McDonald’s experience. Previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations preferred; quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail background desired. Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours; able to lift up to 25 pounds; frequent bending, twisting and lifting. Compensation and Benefits
