Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee projects to ensure completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards. Supervise and guide on-site teams to achieve production and delivery targets. Review drawings, specifications, and design requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance. Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high workmanship standards. Attend meetings, site inspections, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress. Monitor daily site activities, track progress, and prepare regular reports for management. Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Manage project documentation, variation approvals, and billing processes. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements
