Job Details

We are seeking an experienced construction Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, or one large project across a variety of markets. They will lead the project from initiation to close, hiring subcontractors, working with vendors and tracking inventory of equipment and materials. This person should be knowledgeable about regulations, permits and project management methodology. They should also work well with others, be highly organized and detail-oriented, meet deadlines and strive to stay within budget.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple projects or one large project across various markets from initiation to close Lead project teams, hire subcontractors, and coordinate with vendors Track inventory of equipment and materials Ensure compliance with regulations and permits; apply project management methodologies Collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients Maintain organization, meet deadlines, and manage budgets

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field 5+ years of project management experience Experience with design-build construction Technically literate Motivated and team player
