We’re looking for an experienced

Product Manager

to lead the international growth of our

Card Issuance API —a powerful platform that enables businesses to create and manage scalable card programs across multiple markets. You’ll be responsible for customizing and expanding our platform to meet the needs of new regional markets, ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional developer and customer experience. This means defining and launching market-specific API capabilities and client-facing tools—such as dashboards, localized KYC flows, and reporting systems—that help our clients successfully deploy and operate card programs worldwide. What You’ll Do

Drive global product expansion Own the

international expansion roadmap

for the Card Issuance API, focusing on the capabilities needed to operate card programs in new markets. Develop solutions for regional card fulfillment, transaction processing, cardholder KYC flows, and compliance reporting. Collaborate and execute Partner with Risk, Compliance, Billing, Legal, and Growth teams to meet market-specific requirements and operational needs. Coordinate the end-to-end launch of card programs in new countries, ensuring readiness across all teams. Build for scale and localization Develop features for multi-currency support, local transaction monitoring integrations, and card activation/management workflows. Localize features such as spending controls, rewards programs, and customer support tools based on market needs. Measure, learn, and improve Analyze regional usage patterns and customer feedback to continuously refine and optimize the product. What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience

building products that support card program operations—such as transaction processing, dispute management, and cardholder servicing. Strong

analytical and problem-solving

skills, with proven experience adapting card programs to different regulatory environments. Excellent

cross-functional collaboration

skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to deliver solutions in new markets. A

deep understanding

of what it takes to run successful card programs internationally (e.g., BIN sponsorship, issuing bank relationships, dispute processes, launch timelines). Strong

communication skills

to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a

fast-paced, global startup . Bonus points

if you’ve launched card issuance products in multiple international markets and understand their operational requirements. What We Offer
