Overview Senior Product Manager - Card Product at BILL. We are looking for a strategic and experienced product manager who will scale our Spend & Expense (S&E) i.e., BILL Divvy Cards products and the integrated issuance platform. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role responsible for growing, scaling, and improving S&E cards and the issuing ecosystem.

Own and execute the S&E issuance platform roadmap bringing reliability and resiliency to all payments and new card product offerings to grow the business Enhance issuing platform capabilities across BILL Cards. Own roadmap and key initiatives to improve how we issue cards and manage transactions over card networks Partner closely with engineers, designers, product marketing, sales, business operations, customer success, customer support, risk, and finance to ensure customers are at the center of our work Be a thought leader on Issuing platforms and products with deep understanding of issuing processors, issuing banks, card networks, and how BILL card products fit within that ecosystem Focus on business outcomes by identifying opportunities for enhanced economic efficiencies across the issuing P&L Gather feedback from Ops and CX teams to uncover customer pain points and improve platform capabilities/experience; support development of new features Interact effectively with senior leaders presenting insights and strategies that drive company objectives Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience in fintech or a payments-related industry Knowledge of the card payments ecosystem, including key players, products, and economics Experience at an issuing processor or card network is a plus Track record of experimenting and successfully launching at scale Outstanding written and verbal communication with a diverse stakeholder audience Strong ability to influence leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners Solid technical chops for in-depth technical discussions Excellent at identifying and prioritizing high-impact initiatives Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to post-launch Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into actionable plans Visa Sponsorship Visa Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Salary and Benefits (San Jose) The estimated salary range for this role in San Jose is $142,000—$170,400 USD. Range may vary based on candidate experience, expertise, and location.
