Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as a Business Analyst. Preferred skills include experience with third-party integrations (EDI, tax, reporting tools, etc.). Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Desirable experience in JDE upgrade or implementation projects. Deep knowledge of one or more JDE functional modules, such as Finance, Procurement, Sales Order Management, Manufacturing, or Inventory. Proven ability to manage projects, drive process improvements, and implement enterprise-wide solutions. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills; thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments. Familiarity with Orchestrator, UX One, and other JDE toolsets is a bonus. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules, particularly in Finance, Distribution, or Homebuilding. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements; translate business needs into detailed system requirements and functional specifications. Design and recommend process improvements and system configurations that enhance operations and reduce manual effort. Lead or support system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations within JDE E1; develop test plans and conduct system and integration testing; provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT). Work closely with technical teams (developers, DBAs, infrastructure) to ensure effective delivery of solutions. Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support. Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure clear communication and alignment with company policies, SOX controls, and compliance requirements. Company
