20+ years of SAP Basis Delivery with strong expertise in extensive technical knowledge of SAP landscapes, including modules (ECC, BW, MII, CRM, SCM, SLT, PO, Solution Manager, Fiori, GRC, and SQL, Sybase and HANA DB databases). Proven experience in large-scale SAP landscapes, high-availability setups, and performance optimization, oversees the successful and timely delivery of SAP projects and services to clients. Hands-on knowledge of SAP upgrades, migrations, and cloud/hybrid hosting (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform). Strong understanding of SAP Security, Compliance, and ITIL processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently at customer location and influence technical decision-making at leadership levels Extensive experience in maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams to drive business outcomes and client satisfaction.
