We are hiring a VP GTM Enablement to be a key business partner to our global GTM organization and prioritize the success of our GTM teams through extraordinary enablement. Responsibilities
Direct a team of Sales Enablement leaders aligned to each geo and drive the execution of GTM onboarding, training programs, and a variety of learning journeys to support Account Executives and GTM roles. Collaborate with GTM leadership to deliver differentiated enablement anchored around our 3-year Business and GTM strategy and transformation. Translate key business requirements across industries and segments into impactful Enablement Programs, from Onboarding to role-based Learning Journeys. Deliver high-quality Enablement Programs covering sales and GTM operational excellence, tools and processes, soft and business skills, and product and industry knowledge to drive performance. Key Objectives for the Global GTM Enablement Team
Evaluate, build, and drive adoption of plans and processes to optimize use of sales content, collateral, and local market resources. Support cross-functional GTM roles in Sales, Customer Success, Presales, and Demand Generation. Lead and deliver key enablement programs with Sales and GTM leadership; develop and implement strategies for enablement tools and onboarding processes. Lead a high-performing team focused on design, delivery, effectiveness, continuous improvement, and maintenance of enablement programs and materials globally. Develop a blended learning model (classroom, webinars, self-paced, events) using traditional and new learning technologies. Provide thought leadership in enablement methods and delivery systems to drive innovation and operational excellence. Use qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify enablement needs, measure program effectiveness, and link training to outcomes. Be a subject matter expert in our sales process and methodology; ensure clarity of purpose, tools, and an environment supportive of diverse thought and career growth. Develop and activate a uniform sales methodology platform and drive adoption across markets and partners. Lead playbook implementations across lines of business to equip GTM roles with tools to prospect, sell, and retain business. Requirements
15-20 years of GTM, sales enablement, or sales management experience; experience in Enterprise/SaaS environments. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree or Instructional Design background a plus. Executive presence and strong ability to influence; effective in presenting to large groups. Strategic thinker with leadership experience in cross-functional teams; track record of delivering results at scale. Experience with Learning Management Systems and related processes; ability to develop and measure impact of programs. Proven ability to develop high-performance teams and to conduct analyses, interpret results, and communicate insights. Understanding of technical stack; 15-20% travel. Base Salary Range:
