Overview
Director, GTM Enablement at Anaplan. We seek an experienced leader to partner with the global GTM organization and prioritize the success of GTM teams through extraordinary enablement. This senior role reports to the VP of GTM Enablement and directs a team of Sales Enablement leaders aligned to each geo, driving onboarding, training programs, and learning journeys to support Account Executives and GTM roles. In collaboration with GTM Leadership, you will deliver differentiated enablement by building a best-in-class program anchored to our 3-year Business and GTM strategy and transformation, across industries and segments to determine impact and value through Enablement Programs. Responsibilities
Lead a team of Learning Business Partners (LBPs) serving as the enablement engine for the GTM organization; coach them to excel as strategic consultants and facilitators. Design and execute a holistic GTM enablement strategy aligned with top-level business objectives; partner with field leaders to prioritize and maximize impact. Oversee the content lifecycle, coordinating with Program Managers and Instructional Designers to build comprehensive, multi-modal learning journeys from onboarding to reinforcement. Ensure cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive GTM motion and consistent value messaging. Develop and manage metrics (KPIs) and reporting cadences to measure program impact and communicate progress to field leadership. LeadExecutive Leadership and Team Development initiatives to grow a high-performing team of LBPs. Own onboarding and accountability efforts: track progress and collaborate with field leadership to ensure high completion rates and immediate value for new hires. Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in sales enablement, GTM strategy, or related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS company. Leadership: 4+ years directly managing enablement or learning professionals. Strategic Vision: Track record of translating business goals into measurable enablement strategies and scalable processes. Collaboration: Strong ability to influence and align with senior leadership and cross-functional partners. Skills: Deep understanding of modern learning principles; knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., Value Selling, Challenger Sale); strong analytical skills; proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), LMS, and enablement technologies. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. Base Salary Range
