Overview
Fay Servicing is seeking a
Business Support Analyst II
to join our team. Reporting to the Servicing Management Team, this position manages and enhances audit processes, reporting, and data-driven insights to support business operations. Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining sampling methodologies, auditing frameworks, and reporting solutions to improve quality control and regulatory compliance. This role partners with operational teams to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, ensures that audit design, data imports, and reporting align with business objectives. Helps define and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance metrics for assigned departments. Supports Business Strategy Execution and collaborates with the Policies and Procedures team to ensure regulatory, procedural, and investor compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage and enhance audit processes, reporting, and data-driven insights to support business operations.
Develop, implement, and maintain sampling methodologies, auditing frameworks, and reporting solutions to improve quality control and regulatory compliance.
Partner with operational teams to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities; ensure audit design, data imports, and reporting align with business objectives.
Define and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance metrics for assigned departments.
Support Business Strategy Execution and continuously refine methodologies, communication plans, and tools to drive organizational alignment.
Collaborate with the Policies and Procedures team to ensure regulatory, procedural, and investor compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent combination of experience with High School diploma/GED).
5+ years’ experience in mortgage servicing.
Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions (e.g., Business Objects, SQL, Tableau).
Strong understanding of audit design, sampling methodology, and reporting.
Experience in a fast-paced workplace, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Black Knight MSP experience required.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong verbal and written communication; solid interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities with attention to detail.

Compensation
Hiring range: $67,950.00 - $85,000.00 annually
Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
