Compensation
Pay ranges: Miami ($117,800-$147,250); Houston and Detroit ($130,000-$155,000); Chicago ($130,200-$160,000).
Your Role
Lead North American Quality team to support and ensure CEVA North America-Sites full compliance with requirements established on CEVA Quality Management System. Provide oversight, guidance and direction to all countries/sites with the intent of KPI fulfillment and customer satisfaction (internal and external). Deliver competent support to all relevant countries/sites to implement and develop the highest quality standards in each process while building and sharing knowledge across the region.
What Are You Going To Do?
Drive the implementation of quality programs within the region. Design the communication strategy. Implement the supplier Quality Governance and ensure that quality requirements of outsourced activities are defined and communicated to all stakeholders. Implement Key Performance Indicators to monitor product/service and process quality and drive continuous improvement for the region. Establish and harmonize non-conformity governance (including consumer complaints and timely investigations) within the region. Identify, prioritize, and action quality improvement opportunities to guide continuous improvement while sharing best practices across countries in the region. Own responsibility with the countries on all quality aspects to enable consistent product and quality services. Harmonize quality practices within the region. Translate Customer Requirements and Global Quality Governance into a regional framework that enables customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the Business. Ensure full adherence and compliance to applicable standards, regulations, and the Global Quality Framework and Governance. Performs other duties as assigned.
What Are We Looking For?
Education Master's Degree in Environmental Safety, Safety & Health, Transportation Safety or a related science.
Skills & Experience 8+ years' experience in Quality within Logistics, consumer goods, medical devices or Pharma, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. In-depth knowledge of Medical Devices and Pharma Industry. Quality Standards (ISO 9001, GDP, GMP, ISO 13485). CAPA, NC, Audit Management. Drive for Results; Action oriented; Decision Maker; Customer focus; Motivating Others. Ability to communicate at all levels internally and with customers, regulatory authorities, suppliers, etc. Experience working in a Matrix organization.
