Health System Shared Services | Technology Deployment Key focus areas include data and analytics, the Internet of Everything (IoE), artificial intelligence (AI), intelligent hospital architecture, security, cloud technologies, applications, frameworks, and governance. Collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure that technology decisions and blueprints align with the overall Enterprise strategic plan within IT. Partner with business architecture, enterprise architecture, product capabilities, and other senior IT leaders to plan the overall innovation pipeline, including capital investment and the associated business case.
Responsibilities
Facilitate alignment between business and IT across the democratized IT landscape.
Engage business and IT stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships.
Adapt to changing business and operating models.
Analyze trends and disruptions and assess their impact on targeted business outcomes.
Tell stories to visualize the future state and trigger long-term planning.
Support various operating models, such as project-centric and product-centric.
Communicate the value of enterprise architecture and its portfolio of services.
Drive the evolution of the EA team services and operating model.
Coach and mentor other architects, product owners/managers, and business stakeholders to instill architectural thinking.
Be trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders.
Collaborate with executives in a professional, diplomatic manner; be comfortable in engagement with business leaders.
Foster collaboration and alignment with business strategy and IT initiatives.
Demonstrate foresight, systems thinking, and design thinking to drive digital strategy.
Maintain vendor- and technology-neutrality with a focus on targeted business outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred; advanced degree may be required.
12 years of relevant experience; 15+ years preferred.
A minimum of 12 years collaborating with business leaders in strategic/operations planning or as an enterprise architecture consultant.
A minimum of 12 years of experience in at least 5 disciplines (e.g., business, information, solution or technical architecture, data & analytics, applications, cloud, middleware, information analysis, database management, or operations) in a multitier environment.
Certification in TOGAF or Zachman AND either Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, required or obtained within 6 months of employment.
CISSP, CCSP or CISM preferred.
Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Ability to navigate enterprise environments and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
