Annual Bonus Managing Partner | CooperDouglas | Accounting & Finance Search - Rollaw@cdsearch.com CooperDouglas is partnering with a healthcare SaaS organization to hire an agile Controller to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to build the accounting function from the ground up in a high-growth environment. You will manage the day-to-day accounting operations, oversee the monthly close, support implementation of new ERP systems, and help establish scalable processes as they grow. This is a highly visible role and will partner closely with leadership, operational teams, and external advisors. Key Responsibilities Oversee and execute day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and monthly close processes across multiple entities and newly acquired business units. Manage and reconcile multi-entity balance sheets; ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial statements. Lead account reconciliations, journal entries, and intercompany transactions, ensuring compliance with GAAP. Support and guide accounting staff to strengthen technical capabilities and ownership of core processes. Partner with FP&A to align actuals vs. forecasts, cash flow, and revenue models. Play a key role in the NetSuite environment and upcoming ERP implementation, helping build automated workflows and reporting structures. Establish and document policies, procedures, and controls to support a scalable, audit-ready accounting function as the company approaches IPO-readiness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred but not required. 10+ years of progressive accounting experience Hands-on experience with NetSuite (required); prior ERP implementation experience strongly preferred. Experience in healthcare SaaS or high-growth tech environments is required. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, pre-IPO environment with evolving processes and structures. Strong understanding of the end-to-end accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL) and how it connects to FP&A. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
