We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our global manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a financial analyst with a background in supply chain finance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including logistics, plant operations, and corporate finance—to drive cost transparency, support investment decisions, and optimize freight economics. You’ll be part of the Global Distribution Finance CoE which is a global team with team members in US, Europe and APAC. There is no relocation assistance for this role in MN. Responsibilities Financial Planning & Forecasting: Own the global manufacturing Freight financial forecast process, including driver-based analysis. Collaborate with leadership to refine forecast methodology and improve accuracy over time. Freight costs and structure Analysis & month end closing: Evaluate freight scenarios and cost drivers across global manufacturing operations. Investigate unfavorable freight variances and identify savings opportunities. Address financial booking issues and journal entry corrections if needed. Resolve discrepancies in plant charge allocations and ensure financial accuracy. Investment & Cost Modeling: Support investment calculations and ROI assessments for plant initiatives. Collaborate with plant leaders to review and adjust forecasts and validate assumptions on future initiatives. Ad-hoc Financial Support for Manufacturing management: Engage in regular meetings with top-25 business-critical plants on measurements of projects and finance-related questions. System & Process Optimization: Maintain or propose and update rules in the Transportation Management System (TMS) for new warehouse setups. Investigate options for self-service reporting tools and dashboards to enhance data accessibility and decision-making. Collaboration Partner directly with the logistics team (10+ members) and finance leadership. Interface with manufacturing plants across multiple regions to ensure alignment and financial clarity. Required Knowledge and Experience

May have broad knowledge of project management. Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)) and minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Nice to Have Relevant bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics Minimum of 8+ years of professional finance experience, preferably in an international environment and comfortable with cross-functional, remote teams Hands-on approach with high learning agility Able to handle complex structures and high data volumes with accuracy Fully proficient in Excel, ability to restructure financial driver calculation models Background in Supply Chain Finance or Manufacturing Finance; familiarity with ERP systems, TMS platforms, and self-service BI tools (Power BI) is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Physical Job Requirements
