Handling a range of commercial disputes, including arbitration and mediation proceedings Drafting litigation documents such as motions, briefs, and pleadings with precision and clarity Overseeing discovery processes, including depositions and evidence review Representing clients in court and contributing to overall case strategy Working closely with experienced attorneys and clients throughout each stage of litigation What you need
Mid-level experience in commercial litigation, ideally with exposure to real estate Experience with New York Supreme and Housing Courts a plus Experience with residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes and contract claims Proficiency in New York civil procedure and litigation processes Outstanding writing, research, and legal analysis abilities Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Admission to the New York State Bar What is on offer
