IP Litigation Associate Attorney – Top Global Law Firm. Mid to senior-level associate position in Chicago with a practice that handles trademark, copyright, patent, design, trade secret, and unfair competition litigation, ADR procedures, and domain name disputes. The team runs global and regional IP enforcement programs for major Hollywood studios, luxury and fashion brands, pharma companies and technology leaders. Our client is an Am Law 50 firm with robust development and training programs for associates. Responsibilities
Handle all phases of litigation relating to trademark, copyright, trade secrets and patent disputes, including pre-litigation counseling, claim assessment, discovery (including large e-discovery projects), depositions, and trial preparation. Draft pleadings, manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and contribute to trial strategy and execution. Qualifications
4-7 years of IP litigation experience relating to trademark, copyright, trade secrets and patent disputes (strongly preferred). A strong federal court commercial litigation background with an interest in focusing on tech/IP disputes will be considered. Excellent academic credentials. Location
Chicago, IL (Hybrid). Compensation
Base pay range: $310,000.00/yr – $420,000.00/yr About Us
