Mid to Senior Level IP litigation Associate - New York or Chicago. Our client is a major international firm seeking an IP Litigation Associate with 4-7 years of experience for its New York or Chicago offices. The firm is also considering candidates with strong federal court commercial litigation experience who are interested in an IP litigation practice. The salary for this position is between $310k and $420k. Responsibilities
Handle all phases of litigation from pre-litigation counseling through discovery and trial. Draft pleadings, manage discovery (including large e-discovery projects), take and defend depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Qualifications
4-7 years of law firm experience, handling all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling through discovery and trial. Experience with all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery (including large e-discovery projects), taking and defending depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Excellent research, writing and analytical skills. Excellent academic credentials. Admission to the New York or Illinois bars, or ability to become admitted.
