Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Represent clients in white collar criminal defense cases, including fraud, bribery, insider trading, embezzlement, and money laundering. Conduct thorough case analysis, develop defense strategies, and present arguments in court. Research and analyze complex legal issues relating to white collar crimes. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Provide legal advice to clients and advise them on their rights, legal options, and potential outcomes. Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing of the state bar. A minimum of 5 years of experience in white collar criminal defense. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in white collar criminal cases. Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to white collar crimes. Company and equal opportunity
