Position Summary
The Director of Specialty Pharmacy is responsible for leading and overseeing all operations of the organization’s specialty pharmacy program, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. This role provides strategic direction, develops and implements business plans, and fosters relationships with providers, payers, and manufacturers to optimize access to specialty medications. The Director manages staff, budgets, and workflows to support clinical excellence, patient safety, and service growth while driving innovation and efficiency within the specialty pharmacy. Minimum Qualifications
Four years of Pharmacist experience required. Previous Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred. Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
