As the Lead Registered Nurse at Restore, you will work alongside the General Manager to oversee the nursing team, manage medical therapies, educate clients, promote memberships, and ensure the highest standards of patient care. Job Title: Lead Registered Nurse Location: Pinecrest, FL Department: Corporate Studio Reports to: General Manager Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Compensation: $42-$45 per hour Schedule: Days/Weekends Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of nurses through monthly audits, scheduling, training new hires, and conducting regular team meetings. Ensure optimal inventory levels by monitoring supplies, ordering, and managing stock as needed. Provide outstanding patient care and create a welcoming environment for clients. Administer a variety of medical therapies including IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections. Educate clients on the array of benefits provided by our medical therapies. Assist clients in achieving their health and wellness objectives. Promote membership sales based on individual client needs. Work collaboratively with the studio team to meet company objectives and foster a cooperative team atmosphere. Maintain accurate medical documentation within the patients’ EMR. Engage in community outreach and special nursing events when required. Commit to ensuring a safe and clean environment for all members and guests. Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing
Certifications/Licenses: Active RN license in the state of Florida Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care environment (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, etc.) At least 1 year of experience with high-volume IVs/injections Minimum 1 year of leadership or training experience in nursing
Skills and Abilities: Temporary of passion for exceptional patient care Strong communication and organizational skills Able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) Outstanding customer service skills Self-motivated and capable of working independently
