Physician / Gastroenterology / Florida / Locum or Permanent / Gastroenterology Opportunity in Miami, FL. University of Miami Health System — Full Time Employed. Open to new graduates. Compensation and benefits vary by location and experience. Responsibilities
Provide direct inpatient and outpatient care to GI patients at UHealth locations and Jackson Memorial Hospital (7 half days). Provide oversight for the motility program in Lennar, and spend an additional half day reading motility studies performed by hospital ancillary staff. Offer outpatient clinical and endoscopic services, and participate in rounding and teaching on inpatients at UHealth Towers and Jackson Memorial Hospital. Rotate night and weekend call proportionate to other faculty. Hepatology candidates: provide direct outpatient care to hepatology patients primarily at the University of Miami Hospital and Clinics; perform routine endoscopic services for hepatology patients. Additional opportunities to initiate and participate in clinical research studies and to teach residents and fellows. Qualifications
FL Medical License BLS Board Certification Benefits
